OMB Posts New Guidance for ARRA Reporting

OMB posted updated guidance for ARRA (Stimulus) recipients in memorandum M-10-08.

Highlights are changes to the formula for job creation and a grace period for late reporting in January.

Earlier this week, OMB published a list of non-compliant recipients (the "naughty list"). Recipients will not be asked to restate the job creation numbers reported in October using the new formula.
